Entire Flat Available!!!

Hello!

We’re Bridget and Mark. We no longer live in London and offer our cheerful flat in Battersea.

Mark still works in London and uses our bedroom for two nights per mid-week. Otherwise the second bedroom and the entire flat is all yours. All bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax, broadband and TV) will be included in the rent.

It’s in great condition and comes fully furnished. The bedroom is a lovely double and there’s loads of storage (including use of an entire garden shed), a great rain-shower and a wine cooler. The garden is large and superb for summer evening BBQs!

The flat’s located in the Burns Conservation Area and despite being so central it is very quiet. There are loads of pubs and restaurants in the vicinity, and Battersea Park is just a 5 minute walk away; it’s brilliant!

Further afield, Clapham Junction/Northcote Road is a 5 minute bus ride (or 15 minute walk), Battersea Power Station is 10 minutes on the bus (or 30 minute glorious walk through the park) and Chelsea just a 15 minute bus journey. Ideal!
