Available immediately - I’m looking for a student to take over my lease, which runs until September 5th, 2025 in Urbanest Battersea.

The available room is a private en-suite and located in a brand-new building, ready for immediate move-in. The room is furnished with a small double bed, desk, chair, lamp, mirrors, and ample storage. It also features a private bathroom and a window with triple-glazed glass (you can see the London Eye, Big Ben, and the Thames). You'll share a spacious kitchen with six other flatmates, equipped with ovens, fridges/freezers, hobs, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The flat includes great shared amenities like a lobby, mailroom, bike parking, laundry facilities with washers and dryers, common areas, study spaces, and an on-site gym.

The building is a 5 minute walk to the tube at Battersea Power Station, Battersea Park national rail station, and Queenstown Road station. The area is vibrant with plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops.
