Double room sub let available

Hi all

I'm Lily, a 31 year-old teacher living in Battersea looking for a subletter. I am in a terraced house, fully furnished with my 2 cocker spaniels, Rusty and Daphne.
I work hard and have a big social life, alwats keen for a pint and watching sport at the local, but I tend to keep the house chilled mon-thurs to have a home that is a chilled haven post work.

Ideally looking for someone that loves dogs, is tidy, respectful and doesn't mind if i need to shut myself away after a long day. If you work hybrid or WFH that’s even more desirable, so that the pups can get a little attention in the day.

Teaching and being a tad neurospicy means i sometimes need to work in the evenings or just need me time to decompress honestly - after yapping to kids all day. If not I’m either walking the dogs, playing hockey or at the gym. Basically mon-thurs don’t be surprised if you don’t see me much honestly.
The place is lovely. There is one main bathroom with the bath/shower and also a separate toilet on the ground floor. Huge kitchen, lovely living room, and garden. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe and the house is lovely and spacious - why i chose it! If you want any extra photos please let me know (the bed is turned around now and room feels much bigger) and i'll gladly send over :)
