Single room in Battersea

Required: Guarantor who is a homeowner to sign on your behalf (this is something required by the landlord)
The Room:
The room is small, you can fit a double bed, cupboard and a set of drawers but my friend is currently using a single bed (It can come furnished/unfurnished). You would be sharing a bathroom with just one other. And depending on your lifestyle the living room is usually free for you to lounge around in. Leo leaves for work early afternoons and I come home from work a few hours after.

The House:
3 bedroom House
Front and back Garden
Kitchen (we have everything so we'd prefer if you didn't bring anything as there's no space!)
1.5 bathrooms
Living room with TV, dining table, sofa, piano

The Household:
A bit about us, I am 38 and I am a basic 9-5 bitch. Leo is 31, is a trans male and works in a bar - so we are on opposite schedules.
We are social, my gf is usually over on the weekends and like to have people over often, we would encourage you to do the same if you want!
We have dinner together once in a while, host bbqs etc. We also like to have our down time, nights in watching movies (We have netflix, disney and amazon prime) and once in a while we may lose a whole evening to binge-watch a tv series with a pizza.... or we just stay in our rooms when we want to be alone.
We're clean and tidy up after ourselves, we don't like to waste food and recycle.
All of the above should be something you like too!
We're looking for someone to become part of the household, a door open during the day kinda vibe 🙂

Bills are included, but may go up slightly in the winter - I handle all bills. Your references would be checked and required to sign a lease with the estate agents.
