Rent: £850 per month

Bills: Approx. £130 per month in summer, going up in winter depending on the usage of gas and electricity

The Room:
A spacious, unfurnished double room (~14m²) with an east-facing window. The current flatmate is happy to sell her furniture (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase, chair and desk – all in very goodcondition)

The Flat:
Two bedroom property in a mansions block next to Battersea Park, with a large kitchen and a separate dining area (please note the living room is used as a bedroom). Central heating (gas) and double glazing throughout the property. Fully equipped kitchen, newly fitted oven, hobs and fridge-freezer. Recently renovated bathroom with a bath and a shower fixture.

Location & Transport:
- 5 mins walk to Battersea Park, 10 mins walk to the Thames
- 20 mins walk (or short bus ride) to both Clapham Junction and Battersea Power Station (Northern Line)
- Multiple bus routes just outside the flat
- Tesco Express around the corner, and easy access to Asda, Lidl, and Waitrose in Clapham Junction

About Us:
We’re two women in our late thirties, working in hospitality and administration. We often work long hours and occasionally WFH. Our home is a calm, relaxing space – not a party flat! – and we value cleanliness, and open communication. Occasional guests are welcome - we simply notify each other in our WhatsApp group if someone is staying over, just to make sure everyone is comfortable. We enjoy chatting or sharing a meal from time to time, if our schedules allow. Massive bonus if you are vegetarian/vegan.

About You:
We are looking for someone who is tidy, respectful and responsible, preferably someone who has flat shared before. It would be ideal if your schedule would fit with our existing work pattern. We want to maintain the current homely and relaxed vibe of the flat.
You must be employed full time and provide references for the agency (employment status, proof of earning, right to rent etc.)
