Double room in Nine Elms (bills included)

I’ve got a lovely double room becoming available in my flat as my current housemate has just bought her first home. So, I’m looking for someone kind, clean, and easy going, someone who’s up for the occasional shared meal or chat but also values their own space. Ideally, you’re looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a rental.

You’d be living with me, I work full-time in a hybrid role, so I’m home during the week. Most evenings I’m at the gym, and I love cooking, eating out, and planning my next travel adventure. I’m pretty relaxed, like to keep the flat clean and calm, and would love to live with someone who’s friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with. The vibe at home is chilled and comfortable - a nice space to unwind after a busy day.

The room is available from the start of October but I’m happy to be flexible on move in date.

£1300 a month includes all bills and a cleaner every other week.
