Cosy double in house w/ garden- Battersea

Hi everyone, we are losing one of our good flatmates & friends as they're moving into a new home, so we have a room available in our spacious Battersea home.

The Room
A double room with lots of storage space and light during the day. It has a cozy bed and furnished and is a rare room only contract (much better protection for us as tenants!)

The House
It's a spacious house with a dining room, kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and three bedrooms upstairs. It's super cozy in the colder months and very airy in the summertime. The garden is a sun trap where you can lay out and enjoy the sunshine is that's your thing. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower and one right near the door so you don't have to run all the way upstairs before you leave the house!

The Location
We're located in Battersea, pretty much equal distance to Clapham Common and Battersea Park, with Vauxhall and Clapham Junction super close by. Plenty of transport links, beautiful parks on either side and the house is tucked away on a quiet street.

New Flatmate
We're looking for a long term only (6 months minimum, 12+ preferred) professional with regular Mon-Fri working hours (no shift workers unfortunately) who would love to join us! Looking for a late 20's mid 30's girlie who is open to chit chat, watching trashy tv, having a wine and yap sesh and just generally being a nice human being. We're pretty chilled and would like to keep the same energy in the house. We see it as a sanctuary and want to make sure that the person who joins feels the same way. Sorry no party animals. We clean as we go and keep the house tidy, so we expect the new roomie to do so as well.

Bills
We each put £115 a month into a bills account. This covers all bills, with some left over to buy household supplies like cleaning products & loo roll.

Current Housemates- Two female full time professionals in their early 30's. We love the gym, drawing, nature, and spending a cozy evening in watching TV.
