I’m looking for a friendly new flatmate to share my lovely two-bedroom flat in Battersea (SW11). The room is available from 13th of June, and the tenancy is initially for 6 months (with some flexibility).

📍 Location
Fantastic area — Battersea Park is only a 5-minute walk away, and Clapham Junction and Battersea Power Station are both within a 25-minute walk. There are also plenty of bus stops just a few minutes away, plus Tesco and lots of nice local shops nearby.

🏠 About the Flat
You’ll be sharing a two-bedroom flat with me. The available room is bright and comfortable. We’ll share a clean bathroom, kitchen, and a cozy living area — perfect for relaxing or watching a movie.

👩‍💼 About Me
I work in healthcare, and sometimes from home. I’m friendly, tidy, and considerate — I like going to the gym, seeing friends, travelling when I can, and having chilled movie nights at home. I’m also a non-smoker.

🤝 About You
I’m looking for a clean, tidy, easy-going, and respectful flatmate — ideally a professional aged 28–35 who’s friendly and sociable but also enjoys their own space.
