Large room with double bed available in Battersea, 10 min walk from Clapham junction with 2 young professionals in late twenties.

The house is a 3 bed, 2 bathroom with split kitchen and living room and a roof terrace, which gets the sun in the morning.

Our friend Charlotte is sadly moving out so you’d be living with myself and Conall, who are interested in sport, exploring new restaurants and bars around London, and of course supporting our local establishments, of which there is a fine one a mere 4 mins walk away.

Room is £1100pm excluding bills, with bills around £75pm. The room has a bed with underbed storage, and big built in wardrobes so there is good existing storage and it’s on its own floor. There’s also a monitor going if you want it.

We are looking for someone to move in from the end of May and are around for viewings most weekday evenings so just drop me a message if interested. Please include some details about yourself (playing tennis or padel is a plus) and we can look to get something in.
