The available room is a wonderfully cosy double room with a private external storage space in a 3 bedroom flat. The room is light and bright as it has 2 large windows overlooking the resident's private garden. *Please note that this room is not suitable for wfh as there is no space for a desk*.

🛁We have one large shared communal bathroom with full bath and shower and we have a half bath upstairs. The flat is very spacious and host lots of storage inside, as well as communal space outside for storing bicycles.

🚶‍♀️We are 9 minutes walk to Battersea Park and less than 5 minutes to Battersea Square, where you can find cute little coffee shops and delicious local restaurants to explore. 🚶‍♂️

🚌3 minutes from the house we have our local bus stop which the 44, 49, 344, 345 and 319 serve. We are also an 11 minute walk from Clapham Junction with easy access to Central and Gatwick Airport and 15 minutes to Northcote Road and its bustling shops and bars.✈️

We have a local Sainsburys 2 minutes from the house and if you walk for 10 minutes you will hit Asda, Lidl, M&S, Boots, Waitrose and Whole Foods.

**Current Flatmates**
We are two professional women in our 30s who have been happily living in this home for many years. We love to travel, do pilates, dance, gym, theatre, the odd burlseque show.
👵The granny hobbies are in full flow. Sadia loves crochet and cross-stitch and Louise loves to bake and take care of her balcony farm🚜.

😌We are quiet and relaxed in our clean and tidy home. We are looking for a flatmate who understands the importance of keeping our communal areas clean and tidy, so everyone is happy in the home and someone we can eventually call a friend.

We love to hang out together but also respect each other's space and work schedules, and would like someone who likes there own space but would enjoy having a chat and possibly crochet, paint, chill, mocktail/cocktail on the balcony in the summer or have a ginger bread house making evening in the winter.

🚫🎉This is not a party house on any level and respecting flatmates is essential.

The room isn't suitable for WFH as there is no desk and we protect our communal spaces, so these are also off limits for WFH. Must be of a professional background.

Extra bills are internet, council tax and fortnightly cleaning which come in at around £60/£65 a month.
