Room in New Build by Battersea Power Station

Room available in a 3 bed luxury flat by Battersea Power Station, close to Nine Elms and Vauxhall. By the river and in Zone 1. A built-to-rent flat with lots of amenities including a cinema, gym, garden, concierge, optional parking and a co-working space. It has a high rise view with a balcony. The building is called The Lark. This is honestly an incredible flat in the best area. You'll be sharing a bathroom with me.

You'll be living with me and Ines. I'm 27, work in financial services and study law. I love travelling, exploring London, going to exercise classes, catching up with friends for dinner and drinks, reading, festivals etc! Ines is 30 and works in sales - she recently moved in but has lived in the building. We're looking for a sociable flatmate who wants to be friends, who is clean and tidy, easygoing, but respectful of people's space.

No couples or short-term sublets. Looking for girls only and ideally someone who works in the office a few days a week :)

Bills are approx £100 per month.

The room is available from the end of September / early Oct as our current flatmate is moving in with family.
