Top Floor Room in Cosy Terrace House, Battersea

Looking for a female professional, age 25+ who is looking for a clean & tidy, terrace house to call home.

It's in Battersea, about a 7-minute walk from Clapham Junction, so it’s perfectly located between there and Battersea Park — really handy for getting into central London (via Victoria/Waterloo).

The room is on the top floor (two flights): Double room with walk-in wardrobe — €1100 pcm incl bills (elec, gas, water, internet, council tax). It's both private and cosy at the same time.
The room comes furnished but you're welcome to bring anything.

The house is a three-bedroom terrace with a large kitchen and lounge, small courtyard and 1.5 bathrooms. We have a full sized bathroom, a WC under the stairs, and one bedroom has a shower/sink mini-ensuite (which is currently leased).

You'd be mainly sharing a large bathroom with me, though I travel a lot for work so you'd have it to yourself most of the time. You would be mostly sharing the house with one other female.

The house has a relaxed, homely, clean/tidy vibe. It’s definitely not a party house, but it’s the kind of place you genuinely look forward to coming back to. As house vibes go - we love to hang out to do dinner catchups, pilates classes, theatre nights, or whatever events are going on in town. However we understand everyone has busy schedules so it's not a weekly situation.
