Short Let: Huge King Room 3 mins from tube with AC

We have a lovely and large 1 bedroom available at a premium location. All bills are included. You will be sharing the 2 bed flat with 2 other flatmates who share the other room. Please note this is a short let until end of June 2026.

The flat is a 2 bed 1 bath flat located right opposite a Tesco, and Gym group, with Battersea power station at a 3 mins walking distance along with the overground located 1 min walking distance.

Our flatmate is leaving the country and we are looking for a student or working professional to take her room.

The flat is massive, located on the 2nd floor of a gated establishment and fully furnished with lots of storage space. The room comes with 2 chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a king sized bed and mattress, a mirror and the bonus! An air-conditioning which doubles as a heater for the winter.

The living room is huge and we are mostly working from office during the week so are mostly at home during the weekend and in the evenings.

We are super easygoing and love having a conversation or two while respecting your personal space.

Available for viewings during the holidays if needed and can move very quickly if required.
