I’m going home for a few weeks so Im subletting my 1 bed flat in Battersea area

📍5 min walk from Nine Elms Tube station
📍 10 min walk from Battersea Power Station tube
📍 12 min walk from Vauxhall tube/train station

📅 end of Jan until 25th Feb (dates are flexible, will consider partial)

🔸 1 bed / 1 bath (not a house share) with balcony
🔸 big sofa bed in the living room
🔸 big Waitrose and big Sainsbury’s less than 5 min walk
🔸 there’s a gym we have access to in the building for free but it’s not a full gym
🔸 the gym group and pure gym 8 min walk
🔸 amount listed includes the utilities (except heating)
