We’re looking for a lovely new roommate to join our girls’ flat in beautiful Battersea!

📅 Move-in: 21st September
📅 Lease until: 18th January, with the possibility to renew for a further full year.

Our flat is in an amazing location:

🚶 5-minute walk to Battersea Power Station
🌳 10-minute walk to Battersea Park
🚇 15-minute walk to both Nine Elms and Stockwell stations

🏡 The Room

The largest bedroom in the house is available!

💷 Rent: £911 per month (excluding bills)
💡 Bills: Approximately £80–£150 per month

👯‍♀️ About Us

You’ll be living with Laura (26) and Ashlee (27), two Americans who moved to London for our master’s degrees and ended up loving it enough to stay!

Ashlee works in marketing and is also a certified yoga instructor. She loves yoga, cats, and discovering new wellness spots around the city.

Laura works at a startup doing econometric modelling. She’s a regular at spin and Pilates classes, loves trying new restaurants, and has a boyfriend who stays over occasionally.

We both work hybrid and are in the office most days, so the flat is usually pretty quiet during working hours. We’re social and enjoy catching up over dinner, heading to the pub, exploring London, and occasionally hosting a house party with friends. We also really value having our own space and keeping the flat a relaxed, clean, and respectful home.

💕 We’re Looking For

A young professional woman, ideally aged 24–29, who is:

✨ Clean and tidy
🐱 Cat-friendly (we have a friendly cat who roams around the flat!)
💛 Kind and sociable (we’re a friendly house and love spending time together)
💻 Preferably working a hybrid role (rather than fully remote)
🏡 Respectful and considerate

📝 Lease Details

This is an official lease transfer, so you’ll be added to the tenancy agreement through the letting agency. There is a £50 administration fee to have your name added to the lease and £981 deposit

The flat was originally unfurnished, so the current bedroom furniture is available to purchase if you’re interested. We can share more details during the viewing!
