We’re a home of 3 female professionals (30s), but with 2 moving on to exciting new chapters (buying & moving in with partner!), I'm looking for new lovely female flatmates to join this gorgeous 3-bed 2 baths loft in Battersea.
 
Since this room occupies its own level, it’s perfect if you want more space and privacy but still want to be part of a friendly, sociable home.

The Space
Bright and tucked away from the main living area, the space includes:

* Private Balcony: A large double bedroom with direct access to your own south-facing balcony—perfect for a morning coffee.
* The Bathroom: An oversized, private bathroom/WC for your exclusive use.
* Comfort: Features a brand new Premium Emma Mattress with under-bed storage and a large desk.

The Loft 
The flat is a proper industrial loft with character - massive windows, high ceilings, and always flooded with natural light.
* Living Area: A huge, stylish living room with a large TV and super-fast broadband.
* Kitchen: High-end and fully equipped with an oven, gas hob, hot water tap, dishwasher, and our fave pink Smeg toaster 😊
* The Vibe: We keep things organised and clean, but it’s a warm space that feels like home.

About Us 
With the 2 girls starting their new adventures I'm effectively building a fresh, friendly household for the year ahead. So far, the vibe has been that we were very respectful of each other's space and moved past the "party flat" stage. So, I’d love to find equally lovely flatmates who enjoy a respectful and chilled atmosphere at home.
