1 Double Bed Available NOW

Hello!

I’m currently renting a flat in SW11, between Battersea Park and Clapham Junction. It’s a ground floor flat with a private entrance, back patio, living room and dining area, full kitchen (washer/dryer incl.), with two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

I live here with my sweet pup, Qian, who is 13.5 years old and therefore very laid back and relaxed. I love taking him on walks through the parks and along the Thames, which is just 2 min down the road.

I currently work hybrid during the week, and then enjoy being at home on the weekends or out exploring the city.

The room for rent is very spacious, with a double-bed, built in closet, shelves, and a dresser. The previous tenant moved out to live with friends, and she’s looking to handover her half of the tenancy agreement for the remainder of the lease (until April, 2027).

Would like to find a clean, easy-going flatmate who’s down for a night out here and there but also happy to do our own thing. If that sounds like you and you’re interested, please feel free to reach out!
