Quirky Double Room in Zone 1

We’re looking for a friendly, down to earth girly to join our house share in Battersea/Nine Elms from the 1st of June ☀️

Rent is £592.20 per month and that includes water, WiFi and council tax which is an absolute steal for the area!! Electricity and gas are topped up as and when we need to. The deposit is £400 and our contract is monthly rolling, with a 1 month notice period.

The room is quirky and cosy, with a double bed and a cupboard with a rail, a shelf and an option for some extra drawers underneath. The bed will be swapped back to a double divan base. You will also have a share of the corridor wardrobe and we have storage under the stairs for bulkier items. One wall is shared with another housemate, so no couples sorry!

The house is over two floors, has four bedrooms, a kitchen/dining area, large living room, two bathrooms (one with a shower & bath), and a private gated back garden backing onto a communal green. We also have a washing machine and tumble dryer.

It is super well-connected:

* 8 minute walk to the Northern Line (Battersea Power Station)
* 15 minute walk to the Victoria Line (Stockwell)
* 5 minute walk to Wandsworth Road Overground
* 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, with routes heading directly to Waterloo or Clapham Junction

Plus, Battersea Power Station is within walking distance of great cafes, shops, pubs, gyms and Battersea park!🌳

Clapham North/Old Town is a 15 min walk away, which is full of cute brunch spots, bars, pubs, shops & Clapham Common.

We have a Tesco Express and PureGym nearby, M&S at the power station and Nine Elms Sainsburys (the best one in London😏) is a 5 min lime ride away. If you’re looking for a sociable and welcoming place to live, we’d love to hear from you!
