We have a lovely bright double room available for a short or long term let. The room is available from the 1st June on a month to month rolling basis, with each party having to give one months notice to leave/terminate contract. All bills are included in the monthly rent of £750 and a months rent deposit is required before the move in date. No referencing required, just a copy for your passport.

The property has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen with a table and chairs and a separate shower room with a separate toilet.

The location is fantastic with the flat only being a 3 minute walk from Queenstown Road station, a 7 minute walk to Battersea Park station and a 20 minute walk to Clapham Common.
