Double room in social girls Battersea flat

Bittersweetly, we need to find a new flatmate to join us in our flat in Battersea because our current friend is moving back to Aus. Looking for another gal mid to late 20s to come join us! Available from June 18.

12 min walk to Clapham Junction Station and 10 minutes to the Thames and Battersea Park, this is a brilliant location! Close enough to the bustle of Clapham Junction/Northcote Road while still being in a quieter spot of Battersea to get a good night's sleep.

About us:
Joely (28) is a Canadian currently working in the sports sector. She is an avid rugby player and is generally down to do anything active. She is easily convinced to do anything from a night out to a picnic in the park but also loves a night in watching trash TV and cooking for anyone who is home.

Sarah (28) is another Aussie in London trying to travel as much as she can between school terms. She works as a primary school teacher by day but in her free time enjoys playing netball, crocheting and trying new cafes in London.

We both have active social lives outside the flat but enjoy spending time together when we can! We are a friendly household who enjoying cooking and chilling together in front of the TV in the evenings but are also happy to do our own thing. We're looking for a friendly and kind housemate who values keeping our space tidy and hanging out together. We don't mind the occasional social gathering at the flat but prefer to do night's out to be respectful of the other flatmates.

The room available is the smallest in the flat, with a stand up wardrobe and double bed. Given the size of the room, this may not be suitable for someone who works from home. We share one bathroom upstairs with separate toilet room downstairs and lounge/kitchen spaces.

Important to note that both Joely and Sarah will be moving out August 18 so the new tenant will need to find 2 new flatmates come August (we will be to help with this process). This does mean that one of the larger rooms will be up for grabs come August.
