Double room in big house near Battersea Park

We (Hannah, Anna and Phoebe) have a room available in our lovely big house in Battersea, available from 7th July!
After 4 years of living in our little nest, our lovely Athene is moving to greener pastures for a walkable commute to work and avoiding the TFL transport caps.

About our home:
It's a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction station and has a number of bus routes on its doorstep.

The house is split over three floors with a huge open plan living/dining room, two bathrooms and a separate kitchen with a dining table. We also have a basement, which has our washer, dryer and chest freezer and loads of storage space. There is a lovely private garden at the back - we love a BBQ! The room we're looking to fill is on the top floor, meaning it's lovely and quiet with a cosy attic vibe but plenty of space for a desk if you want to WFH (or you can do this in the dining room if preferred).

If you don't know the area, there are loads of great cafes and pubs nearby, and we're 20-minute walk to buzzy Northcote Road for great brunches and alfresco drinking in the summer. We're also super close to Battersea Park and the river. We have a small Sainsbury's and Tesco within 3 minutes walk, plus a huge Asda and Lidl by the station, as well as M&S and Waitrose.

The room is £886 plus £125 for bills (subject to change) - including council tax (band F), wifi etc. and other shared house stuff like loo roll and cleaning products. There is a deposit of £750. For those with cars, there's parking directly outside (with a paid permit).

We’ve all met through work/ friends of friends and have grown really close and socialize together but have our own circle of friends!

Hannah, 31 is a fertility nurse and midwife from Australia but has called London home for the past 3 years (please don’t make me say oh no Cleo) Loves going out for hot girl walks, coffee and/ or wine and being outside as much as UK weather allows!

Anna is a 25yr-old Speech and Language Therapy Student from Cheshire who loves run club, cycling, & shopping (perhaps a little too much 😏) and will NEVER say no to a flat white & almond croissant 🤝 !!

Phoebe is a 25-year-old fertility nurse from Devon who loves running, good coffee and loves a white wine in the sun😜

We'll be hosting viewings in person only on 27th and 28th of May. Let us know if you have a preference.
