A spacious double room is becoming available in a lovely top floor 2-bed apartment in SW11, as my current housemate of 5 years is moving on. I’m looking for another young professional to join the flat and make it feel like home rather than just another London houseshare.

The flat has a bright open-plan kitchen/living space, balcony, separate study, and a really calm, friendly atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where we both have our own lives, but also genuinely get along — whether that’s the occasional glass of wine, catch-up after work, or just coexisting peacefully without awkward flatmate energy.

The room itself is a good-sized double and the flat is fully furnished. We’re top floor, get great natural light, and are in a fantastic location close to Clapham Junction and local bars, cafés and shops.

About me: I’m a sociable young professional, easygoing, tidy, and respectful of shared space. I’d love to find someone with a similar vibe — friendly, considerate, emotionally mature, and looking for a relaxed, welcoming home environment.

The room is £1,425pcm excluding bills, and I’m ideally looking for someone hoping to stay long term.
