Double Room in Friendly Professional House

Hey!

We’re looking for 1 person to join our 8-bed house in Battersea.

The house is made up of young professionals aged mid 20s–30 working across a mix of industries. It’s a busy house and everyone’s got their own routines, but the atmosphere is still friendly and sociable.

People chat in the kitchen, catch up when they’re around and occasionally go out for drinks or do something together. It’s not one of those houses where everyone just stays in their room, and we’re looking for someone who’d fit well into that kind of environment.

The house is spread across 3 floors with a bathroom on each floor. The room available has a double bed, good storage and plenty of natural light. Most furniture in the photos will be staying, but can be discussed at the viewing.

Location is great - close to Northcote Road and around a 5 minute walk to Clapham Junction station.

Bills aren’t included and are usually around £60–70 per month. Council Tax Band F.
