Hi! I’m Mariana Sofia, and I’m looking for someone lovely to move into my room in Battersea as I’m moving in with my boyfriend after almost 2 amazing years in this home 💛

The house is owned by Anna who is a medic and shared with three friendly, professional girls from the UK, New Zealand, and South Africa. Looking for a housemate who enjoys socialising but also enjoys a clean, calm and cosy home to relax in after work.

There is a shared, roomy living area with large sofa, coffee table, bookcase and TV. Shared kitchen with table and chairs, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine available to use, unlimited broadband and a weekly cleaner. Shared bright and airy bathroom with toilet, and shower over bath downstairs. Shower room with sink upstairs. Gas central heating. Small outside garden and patio area.

The cleaner, council tax, tv licence, broadband and water rates are all included in the rent. 1 month's rent as deposit. Gas & electricity excluded (shared equally). Female housemate preferred as other housemates are female.

Contract runs until: March 31st 2027, with the option to renew after that.
