Looking for a relaxed, respectful, positive and good-natured individual to take this large spacious South Facing room!
A few minutes walk from Battersea Park, the river and Clapham junction. Good connections, supermarkets, pubs and charity shops nearby. In a quiet little spot 3 floors up.
Large living room, balcony, trees and communal green space below and secure bike shed. I have a 7 year old Daughter who stays 5 nights every other week (every other Wednesday evening through to Monday morning) so you need to be child friendly. She is super-chilled, has never had a tantrum, she’s fun, inspiring, really respectful, empathetic, funny, kind and an all-round awesome human being (not just saying that because I’m her Dad). We will respect your space and also happy to partake in social activities such as pub quizzes, watching a good movie or utter trash on tv, playing a board game, sharing a meal or just a nice chat if ever you feel like it. I’m clean, tidy and easy-going. If you want to help make this a cosy little home and a fun living space that would be amazing.
