Double Room in Sociable, Active Professional House

We have a room becoming available in our friendly four-bedroom house just off St John's Hill, perfectly located between Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Town. Both stations are around a 5-minute walk away, making it ideal for commuting into central London.

You'll be living with three professional males (all 29) who work in a range of careers and are typically out of the house during the day and often in the evenings.

We're all into fitness and lead active lifestyles. Between us, we enjoy running, padel, tennis, football, rugby, gym, and endurance events, having completed marathons, ultra-marathons, and Ironman races.

The house is well maintained, with a cleaner visiting every two weeks, and everyone takes pride in keeping the place tidy and respectful. We're looking for someone who is easy-going and considerate.

Ideally, you'll be a young professional aged around 26-33, although we're open to anyone who feels they'd be a good fit for the house. If you're active, sociable, and looking for a relaxed but friendly living environment, we'd love to hear from you.
