With my current flatmates moving out (one back to Aus and one in with her husband), there are two rooms available in this lovely flat in Battersea.

This is a large double room to rent, available from 11th August!

The flat is situated in Battersea, close to the river and about a 5 minute walk from Battersea Park. There are bus stops dotted around to get you to Clapham Junction, South Kensington, Chelsea and Victoria, and we’re close to a host of restaurants and bars too. There’s a Co-Op, small Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s within walking distance, and a huge Asda and Lidl in Clapham Junction about 15/20 minutes walk away (multiple busses also available).

The flat itself has three bedrooms, a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. It’s also fully furnished with lots of storage space.

The bedroom is £814.75 a month excluding bills which amount to around £70 - £100 each per month. It comes furnished with the bed, desk, bookshelf and built in wardrobes. There is a holding deposit of £721 and references required. The contract is until 10 May 2027.

A bit about me - I am 27, and been here for the past 3 years. I work 3/4 days in the office in event management so also travel for work. I like to be social with those in the house (big movie night fan!) but also respect our own time. I enjoy heading out for coffee and walks, as well as dinners and the pub, just enjoying all that London has to offer! Ideally looking for another professional of a similar age to move in.
