Hey! Sadly my flatmate is moving back home, so I’m looking for someone to take her room from late July.
The flat is a lovely 2 bedroom place on the first floor of a maisonette in Battersea (SW11). The room is a good sized double with space for a desk and plenty of storage.
A bit about me: I’m 26 and work as a paralegal at a sports agency, splitting my time between the office and home. Outside of work, I love trying new coffee and food spots, a stroll around Battersea Park, pub trips with friends, and a Sunday morning rummage at a car boot! Looking for someone friendly and sociable who also enjoys a peaceful, relaxed flat to come home to.
Rent is £1150 excluding bills. Bus is less than a 5 minute walk (345, 156, 77, 87) and Clapham Junction is about a 10/15 mins. Also a 10/15 min walk to both Clapham Common and Battersea Park!
