Great homely flat in a fantastic part of Battersea

Hi everyone,

We are sadly losing one of our flat mates and have the room becoming available from around the 11/12 of July.

The flat- Its a great 3 bedroom flat with all bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The bathroom has recently been completely renovated and very chic!!
Downstairs has a large eat in kitchen with a separate large living room with super comfy sofas. There is a down stairs loo as well.
We are less than a 5 minute walk to Battersea Park. A 10 minute walk over Battersea bridge to Chelsea or a 12 minute walk from the flat to Clapham Junction. There are supermarkets on our door step and more coffee shops and restaurants then you could ever visit! The buses run everywhere or jump on a hire bike and be at Battersea Power station in 10 minutes.

We are 2 Aussie girls who have busy lives London lives. We would love another girl to join us and make it home.
The room has a double bed with storage and a separate wardrobe just outside the door for extra storage.

The bills are equally shared between us but are reasonable as we are in Wandsworth, meaning it's the cheapest council tax in the country.
