A Cozy Double Bedroom for Rent

I am sadly moving out of my room in the Battersea Square area (Council Tax Band D), to be closer to my new office.

The flat features a spacious kitchen/living room area, with high quality amenities and sofas and carpets replaced within the last month. The bedroom is small but cozy and provides ample sunlight and a decent amount of storage, with brand new carpeting and bed.

You will be living together with Ryan, an architect working within the area. He is the most caring and friendly flatmate in the world and loves chatting about films, sports, popular culture and all the other fun stuff. He's also mostly staying away at the weekends so you can have the entire living room for yourself.

We are looking for a friendly young professional, who enjoys the occasional living room chat, but also is independent and respects the comfort and family vibes of the house. An occasional dinner with friends is welcome, but Ryan told me he's not super excited about too many parties.
