Great bright double room right next to Battersea park.

Move in date around the 18th of August (can open to an earlier date if needed!)

The room is fully furnished - I am leaving as I’m headed back to Australia so more than happy to sell my desk, chair, and other bits in the room. The kitchen has gas hobs, oven and dishwasher and the living room is spacious with lots of natural light. The flat also has a lovely backyard as it is on the ground and first floor.

Battersea Park is 2 minutes away and very close to local shops like the Co-Op and a Tesco express - bigger supermarkets such as M&S, Lidl, Asda etc are close at Clapham junction.

The other housemates are 1 female (27) and 1 male (30) who have a mix of work from home and office work. They are extremely friendly and like to socialise but have active lives outside of the house. They like to live in a chilled and clean space and are ideally looking for another girl to join the flat.

25 min walk from nearest tubes (South Kensington and Battersea Power Station) and 20 min walk from Clapham Junction. There is a bus stop 1 minute away which can get you to South Kensington, Sloane Square, and Clapham Junction. Other nearby busses (5 min walk) can get you to Victoria and Battersea Power Station in 15-20 minutes.
