Room for Rent in Battersea!

Sadly, my lovely flatmate is moving out, so Percy (pictured!) and I are looking for someone to join us in our cosy Battersea flat from 28th August.
The room is a double bedroom in our shared flat. It's technically unfurnished, but my current flatmate is hoping to sell her furniture if you're interested. Rent is £970 per month, with bills coming to around £130.
The location is great! We’re just a few minutes from Battersea Park and within easy walking distance of Battersea Power Station, Battersea Park Station and Queenstown Road Station, making it really easy to get around London. There are also loads of great cafés, pubs and restaurants nearby.
A little about me: I'm Sophie, 29, and I work at The Guardian. I work from home a couple of days a week but I'm usually in the office. Outside of work I love running, reading, pub trips and wine nights! I'm pretty sociable and always up for a chat or doing something together. You'll also be living with Percy, my cat, who has the sweetest temperament and loves to play fetch!
I'm looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and sociable, and who wants to make the flat feel like a home!
