¡We are looking for a new housemate!
Jazz (24) and I (25) are looking for someone to fill a room in our flat in Battersea.
Our existing flatmate is moving out to live with her partner so looking for someone to take her spot!
We are looking for someone who is social and enjoys both a good and chill time. Someone who has lived outside home before and is a working professional.
You would be added on to a contract for the flat organised through Portico but any issues we deal directly with our private landlord (who is lovely and gets things sorted quickly).
We need to give two months notice because of new regulations so looking to move quickly and sign contracts by the 19th of July for a 19th of September move in date.
A bit about us:
I am an actor and Jazz works in marketing, both originally from outside London but move here for university and stayed! We would say we are friendly, easy-going, and looking for more than just housemates, and we would love to live with someone who is up for a chat and a joke, flat dinners, pub trip, and monopoly deal.
Our current flatmate has described living with us as a highlight of her life, that we are incredible people, and also full of crap
