Letting my amazing room for 4-6 months- Battersea

I split my time between London and Buenos Aires, and from September I plan to spend approximately 4–6 months in Argentina. During that period, I am looking for someone to enjoy my room in what has become one of the best living arrangements I have ever had in London.

When I moved into this Battersea flat, I did not know my flatmate, Richard, at all. Since then, we have built a genuinely great friendship and created a home environment that is relaxed, respectful, and enjoyable. We are both academics. I’m a neuroscientist, and Richard is pursuing a PhD in Medicine, so there is certainly a healthy amount of nerdiness around the flat, but we also know how to switch off, have fun, and enjoy life outside work.

The room comes with its own private ensuite bathroom, which for me is the gem of the flat. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, bright, and exceptionally comfortable. There is also an enormous amount of storage space. For example, my wardrobe is so large that I often joke I could live in it, although I hardly manage to fill it.

The room is available for approximately 4–6 months from the 28-08 or September, but I am happy to discuss shorter or longer stays if the fit is right. London rentals can be challenging to find, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found this place in Battersea. I would love to find someone who will appreciate it as much as I have.

The room is open to both men and women. The only requirements are that you are easy-going, respectful, tidy, and a non-smoker. If you’re looking for a comfortable home rather than just a place to sleep, this could be a great match.
