The room:
Unfurnished double en-suite room available from 30th August in a modern flat directly across the road from Battersea Power Station Underground. The flat itself is fully furnished, so you’ll only need to bring bedroom furniture.

Bright, modern space with a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The building has 24/7 concierge, a free residents’ gym, secure entry and great transport links.

About me:
You’ll be sharing with one housemate — 26, originally from Wales, now a few years into London life. I make the most of living in such a great area, enjoy going to gigs, seeing friends, and keeping things relaxed and easy‑going at home. The current housemate is moving out of London, so I’m looking for someone to take over their room.

The area:
You’re right next to Battersea Power Station, with its bars, restaurants, riverside walks and Northern line access. Nine Elms, Vauxhall and Stockwell are all close by, and there are plenty of gyms, cafés and supermarkets within a short walk.

Who I’m looking for:
