- Other flatmate is a 30 year-old male barrister who is sociable and enjoys playing football, seeing friends and visiting the amazing pub around the corner (The Latchmere). He is often in Court during weekdays for work

-The flat is a five minute walk from Battersea Park, 12 minute walk to Clapham Junction Station, and a 5-10 minute bus (or 20 minute walk) to Battersea Power Station (Northern Line). The bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the flat

-Many pubs, restaurants and shops nearby, as well as being on the doorstop of one of the nicest parks in London
