Our flatmate is moving out at the end of August so we’re looking for someone to takeover her tenancy and join our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Battersea, right next to Battersea Park.

Sharing with me (Libby - 24) and Aisha (24), were both young professionals with busy social lives and enjoy staying active. We both have a few days of the week where we work from home. We met at Uni in Manchester, so are friends before flatmates and like spending time together at home, watching TV, or the occasional flat dinner, but also respect each others space.

We’re looking for someone friendly, considerate, tidy, and sociable. Preferably a young professional a similar age to us!

* 20-minute walk or 5 min bus to Clapham Junction
* 20-minute walk or 5 min bus to Battersea Power Station
* Lots of cute coffee shops nearby
* Great bus connections to nearby tube stations and Central London
* 5 different pubs all within a 5 min walk
* Battersea High Street very close by

💰 Rent: (Total approx. £1000)
• £916 per month
• Approx. £90 per month for bills and council tax
