📍 The location
It’s only 1 minute from Battersea Park! The flat is located 2 minutes from multiple bus stops, 5 minutes from Battersea Park Station and 10 minutes from Battersea Power Station so it’s incredibly easy to get anywhere in central London. We’ve also found this an incredibly safe area regardless of the time of day. There are plenty of award winning bakeries, cafes, pubs, and restaurants within a five minute walk.
🛌 The room
The bedroom has two windows, built in wardrobes, a mirror, bedside table and shelves (it’s part-furnished, without a bed). The ensuite is a real treat: underfloor heating, a heated towel rail, and a light-up vanity mirror for getting ready in style. There is also a large storage space in the hallway for the new tenant to use (perfect for storing suitcases or big boxes!).

The entire flat is incredibly bright, spacious and has high ceilings! The large open plan kitchen-dining room is fully kitted out including a dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, air fryer and anything you need for cooking. 💃 The other flatmate
You will be sharing with Sophie who has already been happily living in this flat for two years. She’s 26, a freelance communications strategist who often works from home, and loves socialising, embroidery, and a good Rivals binge. We love being able to have a friendly atmosphere in the flat, occasionally sharing a glass of wine, or hosting dinner parties for friends.
