A large ensuite double room is available to rent in a big, beautiful, bright, Victorian red brick mansion flat only 1 minute from Battersea Park. It’s a 2-bedroom flat with a living room, so you will be sharing with just one other flatmate who is a 26 year old female professional.

📍 The location
It’s only 1 minute from Battersea Park! The flat is located 2 minutes from multiple bus stops, 5 minutes from Battersea Park Station and 10 minutes from Battersea Power Station so it’s incredibly easy to get anywhere in central London. We’ve also found this an incredibly safe area regardless of the time of day. There are plenty of award winning bakeries, cafes, pubs, and restaurants within a five minute walk.

🛌 The room
The bedroom has two windows, built in wardrobes, a mirror, bedside table and shelves (it’s part-furnished, without a bed). The ensuite is a real treat: underfloor heating, a heated towel rail, and a light-up vanity mirror for getting ready in style. There is also a large storage space in the hallway for the new tenant to use (perfect for storing suitcases or big boxes!).

🏡 The flat
The entire flat is incredibly bright, spacious and has high ceilings! The large open plan kitchen-dining room is fully kitted out including a dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, air fryer and anything you need for cooking. It offers a large amount of cupboard and kitchen space perfect for foodies and those who enjoy entertaining. The large living room has hardwood floors and is fully furnished and perfect for relaxing. There is also a washer dryer in the flat.

💃 The other flatmate
You will be sharing with Sophie who has already been happily living in this flat for two years. She’s 26, a freelance communications strategist who often works from home, and loves socialising, embroidery, and a good Rivals binge. We love being able to have a friendly atmosphere in the flat, occasionally sharing a glass of wine, or hosting dinner parties for friends.

We've had a genuinely great relationship with the landlords, who are responsive and easy to deal with — and honestly, for the space, the finish, and the location, this feels like excellent value.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from August to the 13th December with the possibility of extending onto a rolling contract after that. The room will be available from around early August but there is flexibility with the move-in date for the right person. We’re planning the first viewing on the evening of Wednesday the 22nd July.
