A lovely furnished double room is available in a calm, well-kept Battersea home, shared with a live-in landlord and one very important resident - a friendly 10-year-old cat who very much considers themselves the boss!

The room includes:
* Double bed
* Chest of drawers
* Large built-in wardrobe
* TV

I’m looking for a respectful, tidy, and considerate lodger who values a quiet home environment. This isn’t a late-night household, so it will best suit someone with a similar lifestyle. I also prefer someone who doesn’t regularly host guests.

This room is not suitable for full-time remote working, although occasional work-from-home days are absolutely fine.
Please note:
* Monday–Friday / part-time lodgers only
* Mature students welcome
