I’m looking for a friendly, considerate professional to share this beautiful two-bedroom apartment in The Residence, one of Nine Elms’ most sought-after developments.
The apartment has been thoughtfully furnished to create a calm, stylish home rather than a typical rental, with warm lighting, quality furniture, plenty of plants and an inviting living space that’s perfect for unwinding after work.
The Apartment
The flat offers just under 900 sq ft (83m²) of well-designed living space and benefits from:
* Large open-plan kitchen, dining and living room
* Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout
* Private balcony
* Fully integrated modern kitchen with dishwasher
* Separate utility/storage room (ideal as additional wardrobe or luggage storage)
* Wooden flooring throughout the living areas
The available bedroom is a generous double which comes with a double bed + mattress, and a wardrobe. There's also plenty of room for a desk if you work from home and double doors out onto the balcony.
You’ll also have your own bathroom, meaning you won’t be sharing your sink or toilet day-to-day. The bath/shower is shared, although I very rarely use it as I shower at the gym most weekdays!
⸻
The Location
The apartment sits on a quiet residential street in Nine Elms (SW11), just a short walk from both Battersea Power Station and Nine Elms Underground stations.
One of the things I love most is that everything is genuinely walkable!
Within 10 minutes you’ll find:
* Battersea Power Station shopping centre
* Waitrose, M&S Food, Sainsbury’s and Tesco
* Third Space Gym
* Dishoom, BAO, Arcade Food Hall, Megan’s, Vagabond, Fiume and dozens of other restaurants and cafés
* The Thames Path
* Battersea Park
Transport is excellent too:
🚇 Battersea Power Station (Northern Line) – around 8 minutes
🚇 Nine Elms (Northern Line) – around 8 minutes
🚇 Vauxhall Station (Victoria Line & National Rail) – around 15 minutes
🚤 Uber Boat from Battersea Power Station Pier
There are also frequent buses to Chelsea, Victoria, Westminster, Clapham and Central London.

About Me
I’m Jake, 32, and working in partnerships.
I’m sociable, easy-going and fairly active. During the week you’ll usually find me at the gym, cooking, out for dinner with friends or enjoying a quiet evening at home.
Being into interior design I've put quite a bit of love into making the flat feel warm and homely, so I’m looking for someone who’ll enjoy that too.
It’s definitely not a party flat, but we've had some great dinner parties, hosted new years etc! I’d love to live with someone who’s happy to chat over dinner or share the occasional glass of wine rather than just passing each other in the hallway.
I work from home two days a week, in the office or out on shoots/trips for the other 3!
⸻
Looking For
Ideally another professional (late 20s to mid 30s) who is:
* Clean and considerate
* Friendly but independent
* Happy treating the flat as a home rather than somewhere to crash
* Looking to stay for at least 12 months
LGBTQ+ friendly is essential
⸻
The Details

* Bills: Approximately £150 pp/pm
* Deposit: £1,350
* Available: Flexible - late-Aug/Mid-Sept
* Furnished throughout, bedroom has bed + mattress + wardrobe

If you’re interested, send me a little bit about yourself, what you do for work, your ideal move-in date and we can grab a coffee or jump on a call!
Thanks,
Jake
