I'm renting out a fantastic fully furnished double bedroom with direct access to the balcony and a private ensuite bathroom.

Although you're renting a bedroom, you'll have the entire flat to yourself most of the time, as my partner and I only stay there for a handful of nights each month.

The flat is located in a modern building with a lift, secure underground parking, bike storage and a private residents' courtyard.

About Us

We are a professional couple in our early forties. We both travel to London only occasionally, so you'll have the flat to yourself for the vast majority of the time.

About You

We're looking for an individual or couple who will treat the flat as if it were their own home. We've furnished and decorated it with great care, including several high-quality pieces of furniture, so we're looking for someone who will appreciate and look after the space. No parties, please.

Cleaning

A professional cleaner visits every two weeks to clean the shared areas of the flat.
