A lovely room has opened up in our charming, traditional brick flat right next to Battersea Park. I am sadly leaving this amazing place to move back to my home country.
You’ll be sharing with 2 flatmates. The room is very spacious, features high ceilings, receives excellent natural light, and offers great views from a higher floor. It comes fully furnished with a large, comfortable bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, and two mirrors.

-Living Room: Features a large window with direct views of Battersea Park, a comfortable sofa, and a TV—perfect for relaxing together.
-Kitchen: Generous in size, with plenty of space for dining or drying clothes. Recently upgraded with a brand-new washer-dryer and a dishwasher.

-Battersea Park: Literally 1 minute away! Perfect for morning runs or scenic strolls home.
-Transport: Multiple bus stops are within a 3–5 minute walk. Battersea Park Station and Chelsea King’s Road are both under a 15-minute walk away.

[About the Flatmates]

You’ll be living with Eleanor and Ciara, two lovely young professionals in their late 20s. They work in the office most days and WFH on Fridays. They are friendly, easygoing, and enjoy catching up over a chat, dinner, or a drink at the pub, while also respecting each other's privacy and personal space. The flat is peaceful and clean—we aren't a party house!

We are looking for a mature, responsible, and friendly professional who will fit well into a relaxed, harmonious home environment.

-Available Date: Strictly 21st September (Fixed contract date)

-Extras: As I am moving home, I am happy to sell some small furniture items (like a trolley/storage units) at a cheap price if you need them!
