🛏 The Rooms
They're a medium-sized double rooms with a wardrobe and enough space for a desk and chair, perfect if you WFH sometimes. Only thing to flag is that the flat sits above a row of takeaways, so there’s an extractor fan out the back, it’s not the end of the world, but worth mentioning!

🏠 The Flat
It's a 3-bed, 2-bathroom flat. Middle floor room would essentially have the main bathroom to yourself and the other bathroom would be shared upstairs.
The flat’s cosy, clean, and feels like home. We’ve got all the usuals good kitchen space, washing machine, etc.

💸 Rent & Bills

Rent: £850pcm

Bills split three ways:

WiFi: £42

Council Tax: £90

Gas/Electric: £100

Water: £40
