The house has a very spacious lounge/diner with a separate kitchen (renovated two years ago). There's an upstairs bathroom (with shower and bath) and a second loo downstairs. The house also has a big private garden (any gardening enthusiasts welcome!)

We're a 15 min walk to King's Road, Chelsea and 10 min bus to Clapham Junction. There are buses direct to Central London and Victoria is a 15 min bus ride away. South Kensington & Sloane Square station are both a lovely 25 min walk away (or 10 min bus ride)

This bedroom with view on the back garden has a big window and space for a small desk and chest of drawers. It also comes with a massive wardrobe on the landing which is for your use only.

It is available from 1st of October. Option for furnished (current tenant is willing to sell for small fee) and bills are around £100 a month. This includes g/w/e, council tax and internet.

You will be sharing the house with Vaida (28) and myself (30). We love our house for its cosy feel and amazing location. We call this a home and would love to have someone who is tidy, clean and conscientious :)

Please note we have a weekly cleaning rota and this needs to be respected.

We only accept working professionals (no fully remote or students, sorry)

We are looking for someone independent who is also up for hanging out, having fun together, and wants to be friends, not just flatmates.

ABOUT US

Kat: grew up in the Netherlands (half Dutch/half British) and has been living in London for seven years. Currently works at Liberty's and has a passion for music, dancing, chai, nature, nights out and discovering the city!

Vaida: from Lithuania, moved to London for studies, fell in love with city and been living here for six years. Huge lover of coffee and pastries, long walks, and staying active. I have a background in tech sales and consulting but currently on a gap year teaching dance and yoga.
