I’m looking for a fun, friendly professional to rent my spare room in a lovely 2-bed flat in Nine Elms, available from 1 September.

The flat has a balcony, gym and is in a great location — around 5 minutes’ walk to Nine Elms Tube, 7 minutes to Vauxhall and 10 minutes to Battersea Power Station.

The room is unfurnished, with rent of £1,500 pcm including bills.

A little about me: I’m a professional and work in the office 5 days a week, so I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle — ideally someone who has their own busy life and is also in the office most of the week. I’d love to live with someone around my age who I can genuinely become friends with, while also having our own lives and independence.

* Office-based lifestyle (not working from home full-time)
* Clean, considerate and respectful
* Minimum income of £70k to meet the property’s affordability requirements
* Available to move in 1 September
