2 Rooms in Battersea

Hello! 🏠

Two rooms are coming available in our Battersea terraced townhouse... One from the 12th September, the other from the 1st October. They're light, airy, and fully furnished with a double bed. You'll share a bathroom with just two other people.

We're looking for full-time working professionals. We're open to anyone who's a genuinely good fit. With 8 people sharing, being clean, tidy, and respectful matters. We're a friendly bunch and welcome people from all backgrounds. No students, pets, or couples please.

💰 Rent: £703.50 OR 750/month
💸 Bills: approx £75/month
📆 Move in: from 12th September / 1st October
📅 Available until: 7th January 2027

Location 📍
10 minutes on foot from Clapham Junction and Battersea Park, on a quiet residential street. The high street is great, with cafés, pubs, restaurants, and gyms all within easy reach. Sainsbury's Local is 2 minutes away, Tesco is 5 minutes, and Lidl, Asda, and everything Clapham Junction has to offer are a 10 minute walk. The area is safe, well connected by public transport day and night, and there's plenty going on.

The house 🏡

The kitchen doubles up on everything: two fridges, two stoves, two ovens. There are 4 shower rooms, one per floor, so morning queues are not a thing. A comfortable lounge and a back yard that has hosted many good evenings.

The housemates 👥

We're mostly UK and New Zealand professionals working across marketing, sales, engineering, film, data, and more. Interests range from the gym, hiking, climbing, going out, music, yoga, and film. Schedules broadly align, and with some of us working from home there's usually someone around, handy for deliveries.

We keep the house in good shape and treat it as a home. We'd want the same from you.

It seems like a lot of people, but with busy schedules it never feels crowded. Four of us have been here a while and are staying. We get on well as friends and want to keep that going. At weekends we get together for drinks and shared meals. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of that. Everyone has their own busy life too, so no pressure if you need your own space sometimes ✌️
