Double bedroom with private bathroom on top floor

Hiya! My partner and I are looking to rent out the bedroom upstairs as it’s unoccupied and completely furnished.

The double bedroom has a ton of storage including 2 build in mirrors with sliding doors, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The bathroom is just outside the door and is a large double bathroom with tons of space.

Essentially the bedroom and bathroom are on the top floor so you’d have the entire floor to yourself. Just down the stairs is the living room and kitchen.

We’re both fairly quiet and relaxed people and enjoy cooking together in the evenings. We work quite a bit but we do love to be home to enjoy the calm.

The property is about a 5-7 min walk from Clapham Junction station and just off lavender hill so very central!
