I’m looking for someone to move into my cosy 2-bed flat, just a stone’s throw from Battersea Power Station.

I’m 33, a single professional working in the City, and I’m ideally looking for someone in their late 20s/early 30s who is like-minded, friendly and hopefully up for becoming good friends rather than just flatmates. 🥰

It would be lovely to have someone who enjoys making the most of the local area together — whether that’s trying out new pubs and bars, going to gym classes, grabbing dinner or just having a chilled night

💰 Rent + bills: £1,600 per month
💰 Deposit: £1,615
📅 Move-in: ASAP, but no later than 6th October

And there’s one very important addition to the flat… Margot, my little Maltipoo 🐶💕 So ideally I’m looking for someone who loves dogs and is happy to have a furry little flatmate too.

The flat has a 24-hour concierge, 24-hour on-site gym, your own private bathroom, a balcony and a separate storage cupboard
