Flatmate wanted in Battersea!

Liv and I are looking for a new person to join our lovely flat in Battersea from 15th September, as our current housemate is moving out!
 
📍 Location: Battersea High Street
💰 Rent: £1,000pcm + approx. £30pcm for WiFi and shared household costs (cleaning products etc.) All other bills are included in the rent. There is a deposit of £1,154 and a £50 name changing fee. 
📅 Move-in date: 15th September
📋 Referencing requirement: Must earn £30k+ per year and have a permanent job 
👯‍♀️ Looking for: Female working professional, ideally aged 22-30
 
The flat is in such a great location – we're a 10-minute walk from both Clapham Junction and Battersea Park, 1-minute walk from major bus routes and have loads of amazing cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops right on our doorstep. We love living here and feel really lucky to have found such a great place with a lovely landlord.
 
The room is a good size and comes partly furnished (photos attached). Please note that the dressing table shown in the photos do not come with the room, as it belongs to our current housemate. There isn't loads of space for a desk in the bedroom (however a small one would fit), but if you work from home, our previous flat had a desk set up in the living room which worked really well!
 
A little about us...
 
We're two working professionals (aged 25 and 26), super easy-going and sociable. Liv works in marketing and I work in finance. Live has newly moved into the flat, and I have lived here for just over a year now! We're looking for someone who is clean, considerate, respectful of shared spaces and looking for a relaxed, friendly home rather than just somewhere to rent. We are both pretty independent and are out of the flat quite a lot, but we’re also keen to make plans together, whether that's grabbing a drink or exploring London!
