I’m looking for a new housemate to take over my current housemate’s tenancy, as she’s moving back home.

The flat is in Phase One of Battersea Power Station, within the development itself (not the Power Station building), and it’s a really lovely place to live.

The room is a good-sized double with its own en-suite, build in wardrobes and ottoman bed with storeahw underneath and the flat has balconies on both sides, so there’s plenty of outdoor space and natural light.

One of the best things about the flat is the large swimming pool and gym on site, both included in the rent so no additional gym membership needed!

The location is fantastic, with Battersea Power Station, cafés, restaurants, shops, the river and transport links all close by.

A bit about me
I’m a 34-year-old professional woman working in tech. I work from home, but I’m quite a social person and if I’m not working, I’m often out doing something.
I’m love having a calm, clean and happy home to come back to. I enjoy Pilates, good food, seeing friends, going out for wine and exploring London, but I’m definitely not looking for a party house.

I’m looking for another professional woman around my age who is clean, tidy, considerate and wants to make the flat feel like a home. Ideally, someone who enjoys having a friendly relationship with their housemate - whether that’s occasionally having dinner together, watching something, grabbing a drink or just having a chat while also being respectful of each other’s space.

I’m quite house-proud and like the shared spaces to be clean and tidy, so I’m looking for someone who is similar who’s happy to also chip in for a cleaner.

For me, finding the right person is more important than simply filling the room quickly. I’d really like to find someone who is a good fit for the flat and our lifestyles, and who genuinely wants to make it a lovely home.
